After buying a used boat, disputes about defects or about work carried out by a yard sometimes arise. For such cases we also offer legal expenses cover for water sports, so that you do not have to carry the dispute alone, while third-party liability and hull insurance settle the damage to the boat.
For hull cover we agree an agreed value; compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Switching remains straightforward: we cancel the previous policy free of charge, so that no gap in cover arises.
