Between 1990 and 2005 four ranges were produced, the Envision 2600 Eclipse, the 2900 Concept, the 3200 Illusion and the 2900 BR Combo. Over so many years, quite a lot has usually been retrofitted on board motor yachts of this kind. Whatever of that is to be covered belongs in the schedule when the policy is taken out.
Chart plotter, radio, autopilot and the remaining equipment enter into the value agreed and thus into the agreed value. In the event of a claim we indemnify with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Theft of parts including the outboard is included in full hull cover.
Production lies in the past, the boats keep going, often after several changes of owner. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners and, on request, cancel the previous policy free of charge. The premium depends on type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range.

Frequent questions
Is permanently installed electronics covered?
Yes, provided it is contained in the value agreed. List the chart plotter, radio installation and autopilot in the schedule when the policy is taken out, and they become part of the agreed value.
What happens if individual parts are stolen?
Theft of parts including the outboard belongs to full hull cover. If the entire boat is stolen, limited hull cover already responds, as it does for fire, storm and lightning strike.

A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration
