Envision Boats Inc. was based in Monmouth, Illinois. The US Coast Guard manufacturer register lists the company as formed in 1991, reorganised in 1993 under the name Envision Boats, Inc., and active until 2009. Its line was cuddy powerboats: a small cabin forward, a generous open cockpit aft and a sterndrive that gave the boats a sporty edge. The model names follow an easy pattern, a four-digit number that roughly matches the length in feet, paired with a name such as Eclipse or Illusion.
