The yard was founded in 1970 as a glassfibre business and has broadened its scope since then: today it repairs, maintains and builds vessels in composite, aluminium and steel for the maritime industry, public authorities and yacht owners. According to a sales listing, the Jupiter 33 comes from a small Danish series first designed for government use.
