The basis of every boat insurance at NAMMERT is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, graded in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium tariff tiers. For Becker Boot-Design one range is recorded, the bebo 200 with years of construction from 1994 to 2000. A single model is protected in the same way.
Hull cover comes on top of that: limited hull cover carries fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and losses in winter storage. Full hull cover adds collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, and payment is made according to the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old").
Since production ended in 2000, the boats change hands among owners today. Small production runs and home-built boats can be insured with us just as readily as series boats, and we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. We cancel the old policy free of charge through the switching service.
