Engine power is one of the factors that determine the premium. With the motorboat Burano 19, which has been built since 2023 and is built to this day, the engine actually fitted therefore has a say in the rating. Added to this are the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range, while the brand itself never enters into the calculation.
With one model range in the programme this is a very narrow offering, which is currently being continued. A young boat is easy to classify: up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you conclude online, above that an individual assessment follows. The boat trailer is included at no extra premium.
The full hull cover works with an agreed value and indemnifies with no deduction for depreciation. Covered are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, plus, through the limited hull cover, fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage.

Does a more powerful engine change the premium?
Yes, engine power is one of the factors of the rating. The type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range likewise count. Report a change of engine so that the contract reflects the actual condition.
Can I insure a Burano 19 directly online?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros online conclusion is possible. If the value is above that, we examine the case individually. The boat trailer is included at no extra premium on both routes.

Registration

Burano 19 is a motorboat from Brube Factory, built since 2023.
As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
