After the purchase of a used yacht, a dispute with the seller or with a yard occasionally remains. About the yard we have only this one model range on record, built over some seven years and not continued since. For insurability that makes no difference: we insure regardless of the year of construction, the place of purchase and previous owners. Small series and home-built boats can also be insured.
In full hull cover an agreed value is set, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Limited hull cover bears fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the whole boat and damage in winter storage. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards.
