An agreed value is the clear solution for boats from the sixties and seventies: the value is agreed when the contract is concluded and paid in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). The three Isya models 1260, 1460 and 1600 were built between 1965 and 1973 and fall exactly into this area.
Apart from these three model ranges, nothing is recorded about the boatyard. For acceptance this is irrelevant, because we insure regardless of the year of construction, the place of purchase and previous owners. The premium is based on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range.
Limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, the theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Full hull cover adds collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, in the Premium tariff with no age limit for the boat.
