KaiserWerft was a German yard from Bavaria that built large motor yachts under the Baron name. The hulls were moulded in GRP, and most of the work stayed in-house: the yard sourced its parts in Germany, with major supplier items such as engines as the exception. At the 2006 boat show it put the yacht Catwalk on display inside the exhibition hall. In November 2008 the company filed for insolvency at the Regensburg District Court. An investor then bought tools, moulds and naming rights at auction, and the reorganised KaiserWerft continued as a Swiss holding with sites in Rostock, Istanbul and Dubai. Baron model names give the length, sometimes in metres as with the Baron 31, sometimes in feet as with the Baron 102.

The sources describe Perfect Harmony as a Baron 102 that followed the yachts Ocean of Love and C'est la Vie.
