Miracle; cover, cost and conditions
Two motor yachts are in the programme, the Miracle 36 and the Miracle 41, both built from 1978 and phased out in the mid nineteen eighties. With yachts of this age, equipment has often been retrofitted. Permanently installed electronics and equipment belong in the schedule and thus in the agreed value.
Whatever is recorded there is compensated in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard; limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage.
We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, in the Premium tariff without any age limit under full hull cover. The basis is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. We cancel an existing previous policy free of charge.
