Rock Marine; cover, cost and conditions
Rock Marine is based in Kalivia Thorikou in Greece and trades as Rock Marine by Hull Works S.A., part of the Hull Works Group since 2019. Its hull work goes back to Bell Marine and powerboat racing from 2006, and the first boat under the Rock Marine name followed two years later. The yard builds fast walk-around boats driven by outboards. You can tell them by their in-house ventilated deep-V hulls with three steps and a deadrise of 21 to 23 degrees, the helm console under a hardtop and two or three outboards on the transom. Alongside the Rock 30 the range includes the Rock 36 in S and U versions and the Rock 40, drawn by Ocke Manerfelt.
Our model records hold one Rock Marine design: the Rock Marine 30, listed under the abbreviation R.I.B, meaning a rigid-hull inflatable, at 9.6 metres with build years from 2021 to 2025. The entry does not reach into the most recent build years in our data, and the Rock 36 and Rock 40 are not yet listed there. According to the MarineLink profile, the Rock 30 was conceived as a day boat that is easy for an owner to handle alone and stays predictable in rough weather, rather than as a tender for a larger yacht. That makes it a young boat, with every unit in our records dating from the four years since 2021.
A stepped hull rewards a careful look before buying. Check the steps and their ventilation openings for chips or cracks, and inspect the bottom forward for signs of hard slamming at speed. Twin outboards mean twice the servicing: ask for engine hours, service records and the condition of the steering and trim systems, and look at the transom around the engine brackets. Boats like this spend long days in strong sun, so hardtop fittings, upholstery and helm electronics wear faster than the hull. Many are kept on a trailer or ashore and launched for the day, which puts the trailer and its brakes on the checklist too.

Series by Rock Marine, build years and cover
Rock Marine 30 is an inflatable with engine from Rock Marine, built from 2021 to 2025.
For the Rock Marine 30 by Rock Marine series the market value and the replacement cost often
differ widely.
An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.

a tear from impact is covered, porous fabric after years in the sun is not.
The outboard belongs in the policy with its serial number.
