Value Boats; cover, cost and conditions
In our records, Value Boats covers 8 models built since 2017, mostly rigid inflatable boats. The Value Boot series ranges from the 390F through the 430F, 480F, 540F and 580F up to the 680F and 700F. Lengths run from 3.9 to 7 m.
All Value Boats models are trailerable sizes. For insurance, liability cover is the foundation, and hull cover should include transport on the trailer. The value of the individual boat should be stated precisely in the policy.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On an inflatable the cause decides, not the damage: a tear from impact is covered, porous fabric after years in the sun is not. The outboard belongs in the policy with its serial number.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
