Every one of these boats now has decades behind it. On an Ocean Rib the tubes are the first thing to check: seams, valves and the bond to the hull age faster than the glassfibre underneath, and replacement tubes can give an old rib a second life. Nab hulls are small enough to tow and store on a trailer in a shed, which keeps the sun off gelcoat and fittings through the winter.
