Deep Impact is a Miami boatbuilder known for big, fast centre console boats: open boats with the helm in the middle and a walkway all around it. They are drawn for high speed in open water and carry a row of large outboards on the transom. A low, back sloping hardtop over the helm is a recognisable detail, and the larger models hide a small cabin inside the console. The yard was taken over by Mark Fischer. The model number gives the size, roughly the length in feet times ten: the 330 is about 33 feet and the 499 close to 50.
