E&T Marine; cover, cost and conditions

E&T Marine (E&T 200 HSR) builds small inflatable boats and rigid inflatables. The range falls into two groups of almost equal weight in the records: boats without a rigid hull, that is the classic inflatable with an air or roll up floor, and rigid inflatables, some with a fibreglass hull and some with aluminium. Model names are numbered and carry suffixes naming the version: ALU for the aluminium hull, ST for the reinforced form, Sport SE for the sporting variant and Pro for the commercial one. You recognise the boats by the very plain construction without a moulded console and by the short substantial tubes.

Our model records list 65 E&T Marine (E&T 200 HSR) models, 34 of them rigid inflatables and 31 soft inflatables. Build years start in 2010 and run into current production. Sixty series are recorded, 34 laid out for engine power and 26 recorded as inflatables without their own drive. Among them run the models from the 240 ALU through 270, 290, 300 ALU, 320, 330 ALU and 350 ALU Pro to the 360 ALU, along with the small 185 X, 200 HSR, 220 HFP and 230. Lengths run from 1.9 to 6 metres, half the models between 2.8 and 4.2 metres. The number gives the length in centimetres.

On boats this small the engine is usually worth more than the boat under it, and on a soft inflatable the state of the tube rather than the build year is what sets the value. Many of them also work as tenders, spending most of the season stowed on a deck in the sun and used only for the run ashore.
