Three motor yachts of the Eurotourist range are recorded, the Eurotourist 1 from 1988 to 2000 as well as the Eurotourist 2 and 3 from the years 1989 to 2005. On yachts with a long history of use, much of the value lies in permanently installed electronics and equipment.

Whatever is permanently installed belongs in the schedule and thus in the agreed value. This sum is set out in the policy and is indemnified with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Theft of parts including the outboard is covered through full hull cover.

Production ended in 2005 and the yachts are traded used. Year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners are no obstacle for us. For anyone switching from an existing policy we cancel the previous policy free of charge, so that no gap in cover arises.

Is the on-board electronics part of the insured value?

For WASWA: You include permanently installed electronics and equipment in the schedule so that

they are contained in the agreed value and are replaced in the event of a claim with no deduction

for depreciation ("new for old").

Is there a fee for switching?

No, not for WASWA either: NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge and coordinates the

start of the new cover so that no gap in cover arises for you.
