You can add it to the hull cover for a premium. The cover applies during launching, during craning and while in transport, without your needing a second policy for it. The hull cover also remains in place in winter storage, with no time window and no night clause.
The basis is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Club races are included from Basis-Plus; races with ranking status you report when taking out the contract. A boat built in the 1980s remains covered by hull insurance in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
