For Avioconsulting the Gwynt is recorded, an open catamaran with years of construction between 1996 and 2005. A further model range is not available. Anyone taking on such a boat today agrees an agreed value with NAMMERT, which is settled in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation.
Production ended in 2005, so every boat in this range is a used boat. That is no obstacle: we insure regardless of the year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, and in the Premium tier full hull cover applies with no age limit. It covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard.
Whether the catamaran stands ashore or lies in the water changes nothing about the cover. It applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and while in transit, and a boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium.
