Cantiere Nautico Romar is a Campanian yard based in Bellizzi in the province of Salerno. The company builds, repairs and maintains leisure boats in wood and in glassfibre, and also trades in boats and marine engines. The Romar name belongs to open motorboats sized for the southern Italian coast: a Mirage is a familiar sight on the Amalfi coast, at Sorrento, Salerno and on Ischia, where many are hired out for day trips. The layout is typical of the breed, with a large sunpad at the bow, a central console and a bench seat aft, all on a glassfibre hull.
