Inclusive Sailing; cover, cost and conditions
One cabin catamaran is documented, the Inclusion Catamaran, which has been built since 2023 and continues to be built today. What counts for the premium is the type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range, never the brand. Small production runs and home-built boats can be insured with us just as boats from current production can.
Under full hull cover an agreed value is set, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are covered. Limited hull cover applies in the case of fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage.
Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, selectable in Basic, Basic-Plus and Premium. Club races are included from Basic-Plus, and races with scoring status you declare when taking out the policy. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy is taken out online.

Frequent questions
Can catamarans and home-built boats be insured?
Yes. Small production runs and home-built boats can be insured, and boats regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners as well. The premium results from the data of the boat, not from the brand.
What applies to races with a catamaran?
Club races are included from Basic-Plus. Races with scoring status you declare when taking out the policy, so that they are expressly stated in the contract and are beyond dispute in the event of a claim.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration

Series by Inclusive Sailing, build years and cover
Inclusion Catamaran is a cabin catamaran from Inclusive Sailing, built since 2023.
As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On catamarans the bridgedeck between the hulls is the sensitive part, and the berth belongs in the application: double width often means a mooring rather than a marina.
