After the season the risk shifts ashore. Cover therefore also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route. For the Jacobi Junior, a motor boat with years of construction from 1975 to 1982, that holds just as much as for boats from more recent production.
Limited hull cover expressly covers damage in winter storage as well as fire, storm, lightning strike and theft of the entire boat. Full hull cover is added with collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation.
The basis remains third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. The premium is based on type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range, never on the make. The boat trailer is covered by the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.
