The Essence 10 CC is the only recorded cabin catamaran from Jonas Catamaran, built from 2007 to 2013. No further ranges are available, and we therefore say nothing about the yard itself. For the policy, the data of the boat counts and not the extent of the recorded programme.
Small production runs and home-built boats can be insured at NAMMERT. The value is set when the policy is taken out and recorded as an agreed value. In the event of a claim there is no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy is taken out online; above that an examination of the individual case follows.
A catamaran brings two hulls with it, and accordingly grounding is among the risks that full hull cover takes on, alongside collision, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. The basis remains third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium tiers.

Essence 10 CC is a cabin catamaran from Jonas Catamaran, built from 2007 to 2013.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
On catamarans the bridgedeck between the hulls is the sensitive part, and the berth belongs in the application: double width often means a mooring rather than a marina.
