QX 562 and QX640 Concept are the two motorboats on record, the one with build years from 2018, the other still in production to the present day. No details about segment and size are available. Anyone who already has such a boat insured elsewhere can switch the contract without any effort of their own.
NAMMERT cancels the old contract free of charge under the switching service. The new contract starts with third-party liability as the basis, with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium, and is supplemented by limited hull cover or full hull cover.
In full hull cover an agreed value applies, indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are included. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy is taken out online.

Do I have to cancel my old contract myself?
No. Through the switching service NAMMERT cancels the old contract free of charge. You register the boat with type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output and cruising range, and we take care of the rest.
How quickly is a contract concluded?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online; above that an individual assessment follows. The international certificate of insurance comes automatically in ten languages.

Marine Time QX640 Concept is a motorboat from Marine Time, built since 2019.
QX 562 is a motorboat from Marine Time, built from 2018 to 2025.
As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
