Revolt Custom Boats is a Dutch builder of high performance RIBs. Founder John Biesheuvel has spent many years designing custom performance powerboats with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, engineering and speed. For the Revolt 31X the yard teamed up with Mercury Marine, fitting twin Mercury Racing 400R Verado outboards. The number in most model names gives the length in feet: the Revolt 25 is 7.6 metres long, the 47 measures 14.3. The Revolt 1060 is the exception, its number giving the length in centimetres.

Our records list seven Revolt RIBs. The earliest is the 10.6 metre Revolt 1060, recorded from 2010 and the only line that runs into the latest build years. The 9.5 metre Revolt 31 follows in 2012 and runs to 2022. The other five, the Revolt 25 (7.6 m), 28 (8.7 m), 35 (10.6 m), 42 (12.5 m) and 47 (14.3 m), are listed for 2014 to 2021. Three models stay under ten metres and four go beyond, with the 35 and the 1060 sharing the same 10.6 metre length.

The Revolt 25 still travels on a road trailer, while the larger models are berth boats. Tubes last longer when they spend the winter out of the sun.
