Manageable programmes are expressly insurable with us, because we accept small series and self-built boats. Here two cabin catamarans are on record, Seecat and Unicat, both from the build years 1993 to 2000. Production is therefore complete, which does not stand in the way of inclusion in the contract.
We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. The premium depends on the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the sail area and the cruising range; the brand itself stays out of it. Under full hull cover an agreed value is agreed and replaced with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
Limited hull cover carries fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Cover also applies during craning, launching and on the transport route. Club races are included from the Basis-Plus tariff upwards, and third-party liability runs with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.

Do you accept boats from very small series?
