According to the used market the 1040 W shares its hull with the 1040 F. The naming is simple. The number gives roughly the length in centimetres, so a Korsö 610 is 6.1 metres and a 1040 just over 10.4, and a letter, C, F or W, marks the version. Our sources do not explain the letters, but they separate boats with the same hull and a different layout. Only the smallest, the Korsö 510, has no letter.

Our records list seven Korsö models, all motorboats. Sizes run from the 5.1 metre 510 to the 10.37 metre 1040 F and 1040 W. In between sit the 610 C and 610 F at 6.1 metres, the 800 F at 7.94 and the 880 C at 8.8. Three models carry the F, two the C and one the W.
