An outboard is quickly unbolted and just as quickly gone. At NAMMERT, theft of parts including the outboard is part of full hull cover and does not have to be agreed separately. If the entire boat disappears, limited hull cover already applies.
The Aspre 720 Gran Tourismo has been in production since 2018 and is still being built today. We have no other model ranges from AW Yachts on record. For a motor boat from current production the same calculation applies as for older units: type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output and cruising range determine the premium, not the name on the hull.
Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, selectable in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. A boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. Cover can be taken out online up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros; above that an individual assessment follows.

Frequent questions
Is the outboard co-insured against theft?
Yes. Full hull cover includes theft of parts including the outboard. Theft of the complete boat is already covered by limited hull cover, with no time window and no night clause.
Does the trailer cost a separate premium?
No. The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. The cover also remains in place during launching, during craning and while in transport.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
