Fittings, equipment, electronics: theft of parts also affects motor yachts that have been on the water for a long time. Cytra built its model ranges until 2003, and since then the boats have changed owners on the second-hand market. Full hull cover includes vandalism and theft of parts as well as collision and grounding.
From the Cytra NK 19 to the Senator 46 the catalogue lists 34 model ranges, and the Skipper 31 was already running from 1966. The agreed value is made for such long boat lives: the value agreed applies and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
A Cytra 27 Skipper is already sailing in our own portfolio. If your yacht is insured with another company, you do not have to deal with the change yourself: we cancel the previous contract free of charge and the new cover follows on without a gap. That way the yacht stays insured continuously.

Until when were the Cytra model ranges built?
For Cytra: The model ranges in the catalogue ran until 2003, the oldest started in 1966.
That makes no difference to the cover: we insure regardless of the year of construction,
and in the Premium tariff full hull cover applies with no age limit.
Does full hull cover include vandalism on a Cytra Senator?
Yes, for Cytra too: vandalism is covered just as collision,
grounding and theft of parts including the outboard are.
Compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
