Third-party liability is the basis of every contract, even for a boat from the seventies. One range is documented for Freelex, the motor boat Aquavan, built from 1968 to 1976. With us you choose a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, graded in the tariff levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium.
Production ended in 1976, which does not stand in the way of insurability. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. Under the full hull cover an agreed value applies, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff without any age limit for the boat.
Beyond this one range we have no information about the yard itself. For the premium this is of no significance, because it is based on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range. When you switch to us we cancel the previous contract free of charge, and a boat trailer runs along in the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.

For the Aquavan by Freelex series there is no list price left.
That is why we work with an agreed value: you state the figure, we agree it,
and in a total loss exactly that amount is paid, with no deduction for wear.
For the Aquavan by Freelex series: On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part.
Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
