The 640 is recorded as a motor boat, built from 1996 to 2003. Anyone who already has such a boat insured elsewhere can come to NAMMERT through the switching service, because we cancel the previous contract free of charge. You only supply the data of the boat, we take care of everything else.
For the premium what counts are type of boat, value, year of build, engine output and cruising range, never the brand. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis and is available in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. The boat trailer runs along free of premium.
With a boat whose production lies further back, the agreed value under full hull cover is the decisive point. Indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are covered.

Who cancels the existing contract?
For Garin: NAMMERT takes that over in the switching service, and free of charge.
You state the data of your boat, we take care of the cancellation and put the new cover together.
Up to what amount can the policy be taken out online?
For Garin: Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you can take out the policy online.
If the value lies above that, an examination of the individual case follows.
Small series and home-built boats are likewise insurable.
