Myzyk-Boats, usually just called Myzyk on the market, makes small motorboats for lakes, rivers and sheltered coastal water: open console boats, small cabin boats and a fishing boat, plus a single small sailing dinghy. The names make the range easy to read. PM is followed by a number close to the length in centimetres, so the PM 410 is 4.1 metres long, while SL, SE, Cabin and Fisher describe the fit out. The Aquatico Retro 670, drawn with classic lines, and the Figiel dinghy stand apart.
Our model records list eight Myzyk designs, seven motorboats and one sailing boat. Six belong to the PM range: the 4.1 metre PM 410, three versions of the 4.5 metre PM 450 (450, 450 SL and 450 SE), the 5.3 metre PM 530 Cabin and the 5.8 metre PM 580 Fisher. The 6.7 metre Aquatico Retro 670 is the longest model, the 2.98 metre Figiel the smallest. The PM 410 appears from 2002, the Aquatico Retro and Figiel from 2012; only the PM 450 SE ends, in 2012.
These boats live on a trailer and suit a day on a lake, an evening of fishing or a run along a river. After use in salt water the hull, trailer and outboard want a fresh water rinse. A tarpaulin keeps rain and leaves out of the cockpit, and the outboard is best stored dry and serviced over the winter.
