Pasterkamp Jacht & Scheepsbouw is a Dutch yard in Emmeloord in the Noordoostpolder, founded by Willem Pasterkamp. Its yachts carry the Zuiderzee name, after the former inland sea that became the IJsselmeer. The yard builds motor yachts and is known above all for two lines: the Dogger from 11.8 to 15.5 metres and the larger Passaat from 13.2 to 18.5 metres. Suffixes such as OK, AK, FB, ST or Patrol mark individual versions, while the two digit numbers come close to the length in feet.
Our model records list 15 Pasterkamp designs, 14 motor yachts and one motorboat, the Omega 31. All are recorded from build year 2018 into the most recent years, although the yard built earlier boats too. Six belong to the Dogger line, four to the Passaat, two each to the Omega and the Riverline, plus the Alpa 35. Lengths run from 10 metres for the Omega 31 to 18.5 metres for the Passaat 60 ST, with six models between 13.2 and 14.96 metres.
These are berth yachts, too large for a trailer and built for long days on rivers, canals and the IJsselmeer. A Zuiderzee yacht rewards a winter berth under a roof, regular checks of the engine room and attention to the teak and paintwork. The Riverline name says where the boats feel most at home.
