Polar Bird; cover, cost and conditions
Polar Bird has eight model ranges, divided into the Eagle models PB 380 E to PB 450 E and the Merlin models PB 320 M to PB 385 M. These are inflatable boats, built since 2017 and since 2018 respectively and still today. For small boats too the rule applies: none should go on the water without third-party liability.
Third-party liability is the basis of every contract at NAMMERT and, depending on the tariff level, provides a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros. It bears damage to other boats, to jetties and to persons. Limited hull cover and full hull cover can be built on top of it, depending on the value of the boat.
Limited hull cover includes fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Full hull cover adds collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. The trailer is covered by the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.
