The indemnity arises from this agreed value, with no deduction for depreciation and in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts, limited hull cover fire, storm, lightning strike and damage in winter storage.
For the premium, with a sailing yacht the sail area counts instead of the engine power, plus the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards. Third-party liability lies beneath it with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.

Is permanently installed equipment part of the insured value?
Whatever is to be insured is recorded in the schedule from which the agreed value arises. In the event of a claim, indemnity is paid on this basis with no deduction for depreciation.
How are regattas treated?
Club races are included from the Basis-Plus level upwards. You state races with scoring status when taking out cover so that they are stated in the contract.
