The sailing yacht Starlight 39 forms the only recorded entry, built between 1990 and 1998. No further ranges are documented. Anyone buying such a yacht today therefore inevitably comes from the second-hand market, which is no obstacle for NAMMERT.
If a defect the seller did not mention appears after the purchase, the pleasure quickly turns into a dispute. Legal expenses cover for water sports is offered alongside and is intended for a dispute after buying a used boat or with a yard.
For the vessel itself, full hull cover applies with an agreed value, with no deduction for depreciation (new for old) and in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros remains the basis, supplemented by club races from the Basis-Plus tariff onwards.
