Our records contain no model ranges for Tengro. Neither types of boat nor periods of construction are recorded, so it remains open at this point what was built under this name. For the insurance this changes nothing, because NAMMERT insures regardless of the year of construction, the place of purchase and previous owners.

The premium is based on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power or sail area and cruising range, never on the brand. Small series and home builds can also be insured. The basis of every policy is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium.

In the full hull cover the value is agreed as an agreed value, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation and in the Premium tariff without any age limit. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy is taken out online, above that an examination of the individual case follows, and the switching service cancels the previous policy free of charge.

A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
