Motorboats and sailing boats run under the same boat insurance with us. For a motorboat the engine power enters the premium, for a sailing boat the sail area, together with the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range in each case. The brand name is not used for the calculation.
Since production has ended, today it is a matter of used boats. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, and full hull cover works with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), under the Premium tariff without an age limit. Winter storage, craning, launching and the transport route are included.
