A single model is on file, the D-320 inflatable boat from the years 2009 to 2015. No further ranges are available. Anyone taking on such a boat today is buying used, and the value is set as an agreed value when the policy is taken out. Year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners do not stand in the way of acceptance.

In the event of a claim indemnification follows this agreed value, with no deduction for depreciation (new for old) and, in the Premium tariff, without an age limit. Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. Place of purchase and previous owners are irrelevant for acceptance.

If a dispute with the seller arises after the purchase, the legal expenses cover for water sports that we offer alongside applies. A boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium, and the cover applies during transport as well as in winter storage.

How is the value of a used D-320 determined?

By an agreed value that is set when the policy is taken out. It forms the basis of indemnification, with no deduction for depreciation (new for old) and, in the Premium tariff, without an age limit.

Do previous owners count for acceptance?

No. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. What is decisive is the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range.
