One sailing yacht range is recorded, the Well 980 from the years of construction 1997 to 2005. No further models are available. That is sufficient for the contract, because what is decisive is the type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range of the individual yacht, not the name of the shipyard.
Anyone sailing abroad with a yacht of this size must be able to prove the cover. We issue the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages. In foreign harbours and during checks you therefore have the proof with you without any separate request.
Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and you report races with ranking status when taking out the policy. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. Beneath this lies third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.
