The catalogue covers sailing yachts and sailing boats from two decades: Atlante and Etendard from 1965, Ecume de Mer from 1966, plus Reve de Mer, Fleur de Mer, Farr 727 as well as Start 6 and Start 7. The last model ranges ended in 1984. Boats like these only change owners second-hand today, which makes the purchase contract the real source of risk.

For disputes following the purchase of a used boat or with a shipyard we offer legal expenses cover for water sports. It applies when defects appear after handover that nobody mentioned before the sale. An Ecume de Mer is already part of our portfolio, insured regardless of year of construction and previous owners.

Cover for the boat itself starts with third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. This keeps even yachts from the 1960s and 1970s eligible for hull insurance.
