From 1965 to 2008, eleven recorded model ranges were built under the name Leisure, from the 17 through the 20, 22 and 23 to the 26, 27 and 29, some listed as sailing boats, some as sailing yachts. A 23 SL is among the boats insured with us.
Boats from that period are now almost only bought second-hand. If a dispute with the seller or with a yard arises afterwards, the legal expenses cover for water sports that we also offer will help. The boat insurance itself is not affected by this and continues independently.
For full hull cover we agree an agreed value and pay with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, races with a scoring status are to be stated when the policy is taken out. Sail area and cruising range also determine the premium.

a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat,
and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
