A single model range is recorded, the Motokat 2000 from the years 1991 to 2000. A narrow programme and a closed construction period are no obstacle for us: small series and home-built boats can be insured at NAMMERT, regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
For the rating, the data of the boat counts, not the number of units built by the yard. Type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output and cruising range make up the premium. We record the value in the policy as an agreed value, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation.
The basis remains third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. Limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage, and full hull cover additionally covers collision and grounding.
