Tancredi Nautica S.r.l. is an Italian builder whose boats carry the Blumax name. Rental listings describe the Blumax 19 as the work of a Sicilian yard, and Blumax boats are a familiar sight around Sicily, in Castellammare del Golfo, Taormina and on Marettimo, often as rental boats that can be driven without a licence when fitted with a small engine. They are simple, sturdy open fibreglass boats with a large sunpad on the bow, a stern bench and a comfortable helm seat. Version names such as Open, Deck, WA, Pro or Fishing show what each one is for.
