Four ranges have come down to us, among them the sailing boats Helmsman 23 and 26, the sailing yacht F 8 and, with the 500 Sp, a motor boat as well. The production periods lie between 1970 and 1990. Depending on the type of boat, the sail area or the engine power counts towards the premium, the brand does not.
Alongside this, type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range enter into the calculation. For boats whose production lies in the past we arrange an agreed value. On this basis the full hull cover pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. For the sailors, club races are included from Basis-Plus, races with scoring status you report when taking out the policy. The cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and in transit.
