Hwila is a Swedish brand of elegant day boats. Per Olof Sjöström and Niklas Oldmark, both from the world of classic veteran boats, started the project, and Fredrik Sjöborg, Erik Wickgren and Viktor Norstedt later took it over. Building takes place on Gotland together with J-Craft and Nordic Boat Service. Christian Wallgren drew the lines. The models were the classic motor yacht Loris from 1913 and a fast launch named Hwila from 1924, along with the idea of a tender for a large yacht. The Hwila 25 is recognisable by her slender, classically cut hull with mahogany details and stainless steel fittings.
