O.L. Boats Solrød; cover, cost and conditions

O.L. Boats is a Danish yard, and Solrød, a town south of Copenhagen, is part of the brand name. In sailing circles it is linked above all to the International 806. Swedish designer Pelle Pettersson drew the boat in 1974, and Monark built the first ones in Varberg. When Swedish production stopped in 1977, the Danish O.L. Boats took it over. The 806 is a one-design class sailed across northern and central Europe, with its own class association in Germany. She is 8.06 metres long, 2.33 metres wide, draws 1.4 metres and carries a sloop rig: a racer that also suits a weekend away.
