Olsen Yacht ApS is a Danish yard that built one unusual boat, the Olsen 370, drawn by Peter Bjørn Olsen. According to the German magazine Yacht, the plans for this weekend cruiser sat in the designer's drawers for several years before the boat went into series production. She is meant as a daysailer and weekender that is lovely to sail and cosier below than most boats of her kind. Her signature is the lifting roof: hydraulic cylinders raise the coachroof evenly from the cockpit bulkhead to the mast, fabric panels close the gap, and the cabin stays sealed. The magazine called her a Danish eccentric.
