Sterk Yachts is the project of Milan Sterk, who already runs MS Marine, a German yard building RIBs with aluminium hulls. Under his own name he set out to build a fast open dayboat. The lines are by designer Carlos Vidal, with naval architecture by Sasha Vlad. Production was first planned in Ukraine; after the Russian invasion it moved to Italy and Poland, while final assembly and delivery take place in Germany. The boat stands out for its clean, stretched profile, a raked stem and a hull with two steps in the running surface, a feature meant to cut drag at speed.

According to the test report, the beam is 2.99 metres and the boat weighs around 2.6 tonnes empty.
