UAB Armplast is a Lithuanian company based in Emiliškės in the Šalčininkai district, working since 2003 by its own account. It builds motorboats, coastal rowing boats and motor catamarans used by umpires, coaches and media at rowing, kayak and canoe events, alongside composite parts for the automotive and building trades. The boats are made of glass reinforced plastic and built to the EU recreational craft directive 2013/53/EU. The motorboats are sold as Emili, and the number in the name roughly matches the length in centimetres: the Emili 530 measures 5.25 metres, the Emili 750 7.5 metres.

Eighteen carry the Emili name; the Pilot 4, Pilot 6, Stormway 740, GRP 425 Sprint and Catamaran S650K complete the list. Most Armplast boats are light enough to trail to a lake or a quiet stretch of coast, and a slipway is part of their routine. The umpire catamarans spend race days at low speed close to the field, so fenders and a clear deck matter more than top speed. GRP hulls ask little: wash off algae and dirt after the season, check the gelcoat for chips around the bow, and keep the boat under a tarpaulin or a roof in winter.
