Worth knowing
W. E. Birenheide; cover, cost and conditions
Small boats often move between the trailer and the water, and in doing so the trailer is covered by the third-party liability free of charge from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium. At W. E. Birenheide the Tret-Prop ranges were created between 1983 and 2001 and the Favorit sailing boat from 1984 to 2005. The cover therefore also extends to the way to the water.
In total five model ranges are available, and production lies in the past. That has no effect on insurability: we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. During launching, during craning, in winter storage and on the transport route the cover remains in place.
With the Favorit sailing boat the sail area takes the place of the engine power, while with the motor boat ranges the engine power counts. Added to this are the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. Full hull cover pays compensation on the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation.
