Anyone buying such a boat today is buying used. For disputes following the purchase of a used boat we also offer legal expenses cover for water sports.
The legal expenses cover also covers a dispute with a yard. For the boat cover itself the following applies: we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, and full hull cover pays with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). In the Premium tariff the age limit does not apply.
With the two sailing yachts the sail area enters into the premium, with the Finnsport 650 AC the engine power. In addition there are the type of boat, the value, the year of construction and the cruising range. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros remains the basis in all cases.

Does NAMMERT help in a dispute after buying a used boat?
